Cash strapped Kandy Youth Cricket Club KYCC obtained a postponement of their inter-club 'A' division rugby tournament match against Sri Lanka Army which was to be played yesterday at Galle Face. The match will now be played on Monday, May 6.

It is reported that the Sri Lanka Army not only agreed to the postponement of the match but also graciously volunteered to provide transport for the Kandy team and also help in other ways to play this match which the Kandy club acknowledges with gratitude said Kandy Youth Cricket Club, Janaka Pathirana.
