The Boathouse rocks! :

Rockfest Trinity -Finale

It's the final leg of the historic Rockfest Trinity tour! Armageddon hits the hills on Saturday the 10th of April as Rock Company prepares to unleash hell and high water at the Boat House Nuwara-Eliya.

Everyone's preparing themselves for a thrill-ride in order to witness perhaps one of the biggest gigs to be ever staged in Sri Lanka. Featuring the blistering talents of local heavy weights Stigmata, Paranoid Earthling, Independent Square, Whirlwind, Ezra, Soul Skinner and Dilan Jayakody.

Original Rock Music has swept the shores of Sri Lanka throughout the last year and continues to build as more people are drawn towards the Metallic assault. Expectations of rock fans are that the Nuwara Eliya show will be a 'Sri Lankan Woodstock' of sorts.

Given the kind of build-up there has been with the bands having stirred up a storm already at the previous shows anything is possible.

And with a change of environment and a change of atmosphere it would be interesting to see how the local rock demi-gods show their mettle (or should we say metal?) in an alien surrounding.
