Fourth world Buddhist summit in Thailand The Fourth World Buddhist Summit conducted by the World Buddhist Supreme Conference will be held from November 1-5, in Thailand, under the President of Buddhist Summit Most Ven. Dr. Kyuse Enshinjoh Thera, Founder Priest of Nenbutsushu Buddhist Sect of Japan. This year's summit will be held in order to propagate true teaching of Lord Buddha for peace and serenity in the world and also to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Thai King's accession to the throne. The event will be graced by Somdet Pltra Buddhacharya Thera, on behalf of the Supreme Sangha Council of Thailand, Crown Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and Prime Minister of Thailand Dr. Thaksin Shinawatra, along with many dignitaries from around the world. |
