Christmas is a religious festival. This festival is celebrated by Christians in many countries including Sri Lanka. Christmas falls on 25th of December every year. Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ on this day. They go to church and take part in Mass. A Christmas tree is decorated and illuminated in every house. Children like to decorate Christmas trees. Children as well as youths sing Christmas carols.
