Institute of Management of the Japan Sri Lanka Technical and Cultural Association (JASTECA) has organized a one-day workshop on ‘Supervisory skills to succeed in achieving teamwork’ on Saturday, February 18 at Caritas Sri Lanka – SEDEC Centre, Colombo 8.
It will be conducted Senior HR Consultant, Personal Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, and Visiting Lecturer Sampath Aluthpatabandige Supervisors play an important role in any organisation. In the ever changing and challenging business environment, supervisors are under pressure to maintain the momentum and make a difference in their work. This will be possible only when the supervisors possess the right skills.
This is designed to provide the participants with techniques and skills to enhance their effectiveness as supervisors.Supervisory skills training are imperative because becoming a supervisor or manager demands new skills, one must learn how to lead and accomplish tasks through others. This program is fast paced and highly interactive learning experience, which is expected to transform individuals who will overcome challenges to drive corporate growth.
