Commendable decision by Education Minister

I was overwhelmed by the decision by the Education Minister to transfer out teachers who are overstaying in State schools.

I am aware of teachers who have been serving in the same schools from the date of their first appointment till the day of their retirement. Very often they do not like to move elsewhere due to several selfish reasons.

I strongly believe, the Minister’s decision will be implemented as a top priority.

Talented graduates should be appointed to popular schools for the main subjects such as Science, Maths, ICT and English.
