The yearly Francophone Film Festival will be held in Colombo from March 15-19 at the BMICH Cinema Hall and in Kandy from March 18-19 at the Queen’s Hotel, Kandy. The festival will take place under the patronage of the internationally and renowned actress Swarna Mallawarachchi who recently took home a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 23rd Vesoul International Film Festival (VIFF) of Asian Cinema in France.
