The National Savings Bank (NSB) re-launched its women’s account ‘Sthree’ with added features to mark International Women’s Day recently.
The World Trade Centre branch held a ceremony to mark this launch where the “Sthree” account was introduced by the Branch Manager Sherin Wimaladasa. Among the added facilities of the account are one percent subsidy for Soorya Bala personal loan, subsidy rate of interest for pawning jewellery, benefits at the graduation, wedding, child birth, 25th wedding anniversary and many more. Board of Investment Legal Director Renuka Weerakoon, SriLankan Airline Passenger Sales Manager Charmen Gunaratne and Sri Lanka Insurance, Legal Director Chaya Thilini Withanawasam were also present.
