A doll speaks

2 April, 2017

I’m a doll. I was born in China. I was brought in a ship to Sri Lanka. Then I was taken to a shop. One day, a father came and bought me. Then I was taken to a little girl. She kept me very safely. One day she gave me a name called Blinky. She had a lot of dolls, but you liked me the most. On another day, I found three new friends – a mermaid, a princess and a fairy. The little girl took me to her school one day and her friends hugged and kissed me. The little girl got a new doll’s house, but it didn’t have a doll in it. She thought the doll’s house would suit me as it was the right size for me. That is where I live happily now.
