Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci was born on the 15th of April 1452 in Florence, Italy. He studied under the renowned painter Andrea del Verrocchio. Leonardo Da Vinci was an Italian polymath, scientist, mathematician, engineer, architect, inventor and also world famous as a painter and sculptor. The ‘Mona Lisa’ and ‘The Last Supper’ are his most famous paintings. Leonardo Da Vinci passed away on the 2nd of May 1519.
