While Peterite Lakshina Rodrigo maintains his top position , an intense fight for the second place between the other Peterite Santhush Gunatileka and Isipathana’s Sanjula Abeywickrema is on at the Sunday Observer / Mobitel Most Popular Schoolboy Cricketer Of The Year contest at the end of the 14th week count.

The majority between Rodrigo and Gunatileka is 123 votes with Sanjula Abeywickrema securing 13433 votes to Gunatikleka’s 13537.

Piyumal Sinhawansa of St. Anne’s Kurunegala and Charitha Basnayake are still at the top in division 11 and 111 repectively. Piyumal Sinhawansa was the last year winner of the division two and Raveen Yasas of Devapathiraja College, Ratgama is in second place with 2153 votes.
