Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., a part of the USD 19 billion Mahindra Group, with its partner in Sri Lanka for automobiles, Ideal Motors showcased its full range of mobility solutions at the Ideal Vision, the life style auto show that kicked off at the Nelum Pokuna Theatre yesterday.
The full range of the two-wheelers to passenger vehicles, electronic vehicles, pick-up trucks and buses from Mahindra with the operations of the Ideal Group were showcased at the two-day event that concludes today.
The display comprises Mahindra’s popular SUVs, the TUV300 and the XUV 500, and a new range premium SUVs designed for achievers. The Group also launched the 4x4 Mahindra Pik-up in the double cab segment for the first time in the global market with the new Big Bolero Pick-up and Alfa Plus, the three-wheeler carrier.
The Cosmo Bus and the Optimo Tipper was showcased in the medium and heavy commercial vehicle segment. Mahindra marked its entry into the segment of electric mobility solutions with the showcase of the electric, city car, e2o. The Mojo motorcycle was launched in the two wheeler segment. Ideal Group Founder and Executive Chairman Nalin Welgama said for the first time in the country the Ideal Group showcased its the range of vehicles which is a step pursued by no other automotive group.
