Vehicle Importers Association elects new office bearers

The Annual General Meeting of Vehicle Importers Association of Sri Lanka was held on Friday, the 28th July 2017 at 7.00pm at the Hilton Colombo Residencies (Jaic Hilton).

Vehicle Importers Association of Sri Lanka (VIASL) was inaugurated in the early 1980s and it comprises of most of the pioneer and leading vehicle importers in Sri Lanka.

A new panel of office bears was elected for the upcoming year 2017/2018 by the VIASL members at the aforesaid AGM.

President, Ranjan Peiris and the office bears vowed to contribute their best to the progress of the association and also to shape up the motor vehicle industry in order to establish a trouble-free environment for all the vehicle importers of Sri Lanka to carry out their businesses smoothly.

The main objective of forming this association by uniting all reliable vehicle importers is to supply a range of economical and quality motor vehicles to our valued Sri Lankan customers at an affordable price.

The new office-bearers: Suraj Sanjeewa (Sewana Holdings) - Assistant Treasurer, Prasad Priyanga Manage (Sunil Motors) - Treasurer, Rushanka Silva (Indra Traders) - Vice President, Ranjan Peiris (Ranjan Motors) - President, Arosha Rodrigo (Kusum Car Sale) - Secretary, Mahesh Fernando (Mahesh International) - Assistant Secretary.
