USJP to conduct adventurous program

The Sri Jayawardena University in collaboration with the Sabaragamuwa University will conduct ‘Strangers 2017’, an adventurous program from August 24 to 26.

The program will be conducted in Colombo, Belihuloya and Ella.

Strangers, an innovative program, has been invented and organized by the Department of Marketing Management Studies and Commerce of the University of Sri Jayawardenapura (USJP).

“The main objective of this event is to improve the skills of future marketers, while promoting the experience, joy and enrichment. This event also attempts to provide an outbound experience for all participants which are full of excitement and novel experience,” USJP Head of Marketing, Lalith Chandralal said.

“Being an international event, Strangers 2017 expects to uplift the brand Sri Lanka in the minds of foreign undergraduates and to enhance the image of the University of Sri Jayawardenapura,” he said.

Over 100 participants from local universities and 10 from foreign universities have registered for the event up to now, he said.
