Colombo National Museum

3 September, 2017

The National Museum of Colombo is the biggest museum in Sri Lanka. It was founded in 1877 by Sir William Henry Gregory. The Museum has a large collection of important artifacts which are on display. The golden throne and crown of the King of Kandy are some of them. We could also get information on plants and animals. By visiting the museum we learn a lot about our country.
