People think that I am doing an easy job. I have to get up early in the morning everyday and wash the bus and get it ready. My bus is red in colour and I drive from Colombo to Matara. I have to stop at every bus halt. I have a bus conductor to help me to collect the bus fare from passengers. At home my children wait for me to have their dinner. But I cannot, because I drive the bus till midnight. When I reach home I’m tired and my children are asleep. So they don’t even meet me. Again I get up before my children are up, and leave home. This is what I do during my whole life.
