Renown SC defeated Up Country Lions 4-1. in their Dialog League football match played at the City League grounds recently.
M.C.M. Rifnaz scored 3 goals in 29th, 34th and 55th minutes and M.I.M. Mujeeb scored a goal in 88th minute for Renown. Mohamed Gepoase scored the solitary goal in the 88th minute for Up country Lions.
In another match Colombo FC were held to a scoreless draw by Pelicans SC (0-0) at the Shailika grounds Narahenpita. The Matara City Club too was held to a (0-0) draw by Moraagasmulla SC at Matara.
