SLT to provide FTTH infrastructure network for CCC

Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) recently signed an agreement with the operators of the Colombo City Centre (CCC) to provide Fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructure network facility for Centre.

This agreement will facilitate download speeds of up to 1Gbps via Fibre Optics for the Centre. SLT will also provide state-of-the-art technology and maintenance of the systems, ensuring high quality and superior service at all times.

CEO of Colombo City Centre, Anand Sundaram said, “Colombo City Centre has been designed to provide residents with an extraordinary lifestyle experience on par with the best, internationally. Therefore steps have been taken to ensure that each and every aspect of the building is built according to the highest standards.

“This is why we have chosen to partner with SLT as the Exclusive Telecommunication Service Provider for this project as we are fully confident of their capabilities and commitment to meeting the high standards of expectations that are in keeping with the Colombo City Center,” he said.

SLT Fibre network is rapidly expanding to offer ultra-high speed broadband internet up to 1Gbps through Optical Fibre connections powering the nation to be truly competitive in the global arena.
