Navy recorded their second consecutive win when they beat Police 31 (5 T, 3 C) to 24 (3 T, 3 C 1 P) at Welisara yesterday. Sailors led 24 to 10 at the half way mark.
Navy playing in their own backyard planted 4 tries in the first half out of which two were converted . The Law enforcers were able to touch down only once during this session from which they too were able add the extra points.
During the second half police fought gallantly and added two more tries which too were converted. BP
