Let us prevent dengue

Dengue is a serious disease. It is a very common disease in Sri Lanka. This year a lot of people have died in Sri Lanka due to dengue.

Dengue is spread by mosquitoes. To prevent mosquito bites we can use bed nets, apply creams or burn mosquito coils.

Mosquitoes lay eggs in the water. To prevent them breeding we have to remove water stagnation. We have to keep our houses and gardens clean.

All of us have a duty to prevent dengue.
