British School in Colombo receives bowling machine

The British School in Colombo (BSC) received a bowling machine through the courtesy of the BSC Parent Teachers’ Association (PTA) during a ceremony held at the school premises recently. Former Sri Lanka Captain Mahela Jayawardene inaugurated the bowling machine in the presence of BSC Principal Dr. John Scarth and BSC Cricket Coach Aruna Batapolaarachchi.

Jayawardena speaking at this occasion emphasized the importance of the bowling machine but also appealed to the young cricketers to enhance their talent and potential in a natural way which is the key for success.
