Former Royal College fly-half Aaqil Jamaldeen (22) has being chosen by the Asian Rugby Football Union as an assistant referee for the Asian Games to be held in Indonesia in August this year.

He is also in the Asian Rugby Football Union Panel C for the year. Jamaldeen earlier underwent a training programme in the UK and was picked to referee the Durham Schools final in 2017.
