One look and you’d probably would have stopped in your tracks. But that was the theme for the 200 students who graduated from the Chalmway International Hair and Beauty Institute. It was a proud moment for Chairperson Chandani Bandara. The chief guests were Harris Wijesinghe and from Australian Jodie Falzon. Thushara Fernando captured the creativity.
