The SLASSCOM Innovation Summit and Awards ‘Celebrate Ingenuity!’ will be held on June 14 at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo.
A panel of international judges will moderate the selection process. They include Prof. Soumitra Dutta, Dr. Lourdes Casanova, Prof. Mike Hinchey, former Director of Lero (Irish Software Research Centre), Fredrik Syversen, Director of Industry Development at ICT Norway, Sanjeev Agrawal, President and CMO at LeanTaaS and former Head of Global Product Marketing at Google, Guillaume Alabert, CEO Prizle, and Rene Gonzalez, Co-Founder and CFO, Bella Pear LLC.
The keynote speech will be by Dr. Soumitra Dutta, is the Professor of Management at the SC Johnson College of Business, Cornell University. This will be followed by speakers and panelists including Dr. Lourdes Casanova, Senior Lecturer and Director Emerging Markets Institute, SC Johnson School of Business, Cornell University, Dr. Harsha Subasinghe, President and CEO of CodeGen, Dulith Herath, Founder and Chairman of kapruka.com and Heminda Jayaweera, Co-founder of Venture Frontier Lanka. The panel discussion will be moderated by Anushka Wijesinha, Advisor at the Ministry of Development Strategies and International Trade (MoDSIT).
