My favourite book is Madol Doova. It is written by Martin Wickramasinghe. Madol Doova is an interesting children's story. The main character in the story is Upali Giniwella. His best friend is Jinna. They get together and do mischievous deeds in their village. Later he goes to Madol Doova island with Jinna and starts cultivating. This story is written in simple language.
