Snap-on Tools is a professional tool and equipment manufacturer founded in 1920 in the USA, entering the international arena in 1931.

Today, Snap-on products and services are found in more than 130 countries with over 20 factories across the globe with over 65,000 Shop Keeping Units in its product line. Snap-on owns over 30 brands like Snap-on, JohnBean, BluePoint, Bahco, Williams, CDI, Siouk and ATI.

Snap-on in South Asia is headed by Regional Director R.S.S.N. Raju for the past 15 years.

CMN Distributors is an authorised reseller of Snap-on for South Asia. Headquartered in Singapore with offices in India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan it is owned by Amit Malik.

CMN Distributors Lanka Pvt Ltd was founded in 2016 and is currently headed by its local Director Hasitha Goonasekera. It represents Snap-on brands: Snap-on – premium tools, Bahco - cutting tools, Blue Point – automotive & general industry professional tools and John Bean - automotive equipment.

Bahco is designed for professionals of various industries, such as aviation, oil & gas, metal cutting, building and construction, automotive, landscaping and vineyards. The vast majority of Bahco products are manufactured in its own factories located throughout Europe.

The Blue-Point Tool Company established in 1925, initially provided punches and chisels, expanding to include wrenches, pliers and more to become synonymous with quality hand tools. Blue-Point and the Snap-on Wrench Company merged to become Snap-on Tools, Inc. in 1930. The Blue-Point product portfolio ranges across multiple categories from hand tools to power tools to personal safety equipment.
