R.D. Kalyanawathi of Wagowawa, Kalapitimulla, Minuwangoda is suffering from a severe heart ailment. Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon of the Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital Dr. Rajitha Y.D. Silva has recommended immediate cardiac bypass surgery. The surgical procedure is estimated to cost around Rs. 750,000.
Kalyanawathi is not in a position to find the means and hence appeals to the generous public for help.
