Adarey (Love) - Smile with Children, an exhibition of photographs organised by the students of the Faculty of Visual Arts, University of the Visual & Performing Arts, under the guidance of the academic staff of the Visual Communication Department, in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) will be held at the J.D.A. Perera Gallery, Faculty of Visual Arts, University of the Visual & Performing Arts, Colombo 7, on June 26, 27 and 28 from 10 am to 7 pm.
The theme was the result of a workshop conducted after interacting with children living in the shanty town of Maligawatta, recently.
The exhibition consists photographs depicting beautiful moments in the workshop and the smiles of the kids.
