The environment consists of our surroundings. There are many types of plants and animals in our environment. There are many natural resources in the environment such as lakes, ponds, waterfalls, rivers and seas. But humans pollute the environment by putting garbage into rivers and seas. We must prevent environmental pollution by having a good waste disposal system which makes compost from garbage and by planting trees. We must protect our environment for future generations.
