High Court Judge Nishshanka Bandula Karunarathna was unanimously elected as the President of the High Court Judges’ Association at the AGM of the Association which was held yesterday.
High Court Judge Manjula Thilakaratne was unanimously elected as the Secretary of the Association.
Working committee members who were elected unanimously were: Vice President: Udaya Karaliyadda, Asst. Secretary: Amal Ranaraja, Treasurer: K. P. Fernando, Editor: R. Kannan.
Executive committee: Amal Thilakaratna, M. Ellenchleyan, W. P. Sujeewa Nishshanka, A.K.M. Patabandige, Nawarathne Marasingha, Wasantha Jinadasa, Dhammika Ganepola, M.Y.M. Irshadeen, R. Gurusinghe and Miss Inoka Ranasinghe.
The Association has 79 members.
