Say ‘No’ to Smoking

Smoking is the habit of someone inhaling and exhaling poisonous substances like nicotine or a toxic drug found in a cigarette or cigar. Smoking can be very dangerous and harmful to the smoker’s body as a single cigarette contains over 4000 chemicals like tar, carbon monoxide, ammonia, arsenic, DDT and nicotine. These chemicals have many negative effects on your body. Remember, if you are a smoker and you are reading this, it is never too late to stop.
