G.D. Gnanarathna, formerly attached to the Lake House Works Department and the Sinhala Reading Section of the Production Department, for 42 years, expired at the age of 84.
The funeral will take place today, August 26 at 4 p.m. at the Matugama Paanthiya Crematorium. His remains lie at his residence, ‘Kalhari’, Omaththa Road, Kekulandala, Agalawatta.
