Healthy food

Everybody depends on food for their survival. We consume different types of food. We must have a balanced diet which contains carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals and fat. Grains, vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, dairy and water are healthy foods. Oily food and canned food are harmful to our health. We must be careful to avoid eating harmful food items and eat healthy foods.
