Zahira old boys cricket title won by Strange Giants

Strange Giants won the second annual cricket tournament organised by the Class of 2002 of Zahira College Colombo (Old Boys) at St. Joseph’s College ground Grandpass, Colombo.

Nine teams within the batch, Boom Boom Warriors, Daddies Shot, Hurricane Strikers, Royal Riders, Sparkerz United, Strange Giants, Team Infinity, TMWarriors and The Khans contested the matches.

The captain of the champion team Mohamed Usman received the award from Class of 2008 president Bilal Miskin after the final. The runners-up were Royal Riders while the Man of the Tournament was Mohamed Naleer from Strange Giants, Best Batsman M. Usman from Strange Giants and Best Bowler M. Farhan from Royal Riders who received awards and gold medals.
