It was a day for recognition – the Seventy Third United Nations Day.
The UN Association of Sri Lanka in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations organised a National Observance Day at the Ramadia Ranmal Holiday Resort, Moratuwa.
Razia Pendse the WHO Representative and Acting Resident Co-ordinator United Nations in Sri Lanka was the chief guest.
