Investors in the Serenia Residences project said the project in Talpe, Galle, will be completed by December 2019
“After seven-weeks since the launch, a lot has been achieved on the construction front of the project of which foreign buyers are 65 percent,” a company spokesperson said.
“The next milestone is the completion of the ground floor slab for both towers this month, while the superstructure is due for completion in May 2019,” he said.
Access Projects General Manager K A.C.P Bandara said, “The project is progressing ahead of schedule. Both the buildings have been prepared for foundation raft concrete. We will be casting the ground floor by mid December. As all logistic arrangements are based in Colombo, this facilitates better planning and controlling. Our project team is confident of completing the structure on time.”
Serenia Residences will consist of 47 serviced residences on the ‘Million Dollar Golden Mile’ in Talpe, only 8km from the Galle Fort.
Designed by a-design studio, Serenia will feature a 6000-sq-ft pool overlooking 100 metres of a semi-private beach. Shared amenities will include a kid’s club, a pool deck with private cabanas, BBQ facilities, a gym, indoor and outdoor yoga studios, a meditation garden and a parking building with carwash facilities.
