Rocco’s bags bronze at SLIM brand awards

Rocco’s, a restaurant known for pizzas and Italian fare, won the Bronze Award - Brand of the Year, SME category at the SLIM Brand Excellence Awards 2018 ceremony held for the 17th consecutive year at the Shangri-La recently.

The first Sri Lankan on the main board of a Top 100 company in the UK, Lalith de Mel was the chief guest.

SLIM Brand Excellence 2018 received a number of entries from the SME sector due to a revision in the entry kit this year.

Rocco’s won the award for brand equity which has gained recognition over a short period of time. Joint Managing Directors Judy Wikkramatillake and Krishanti Perera said, “We are delighted and proud to receive the Bronze award by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing in the SME category. We strive to provide customers with an exceptional experience and personalised service, which is not possible without the dedication of our staff.”
