An essay competition to encourage journalists in their pursuit of knowledge of international relations, will be held by the Turkish Embassy in Colombo with the cooperation of the Sri Lanka Muslim Media Forum (SLMMF)
The competition is open to career journalists and students of journalism. The essays titled “Turkey and her role in the region and the world as a regional power” should be between 750 and 1,000 words in English.
Essays should be sent by post to “Sri Lanka Muslim Media Forum, 41/2, Vijitha Road, Nedimala, Dehiwala”, or by email to [email protected], on or before December 31, along with contact details and documents to prove studentship or employment at a media institution.
