It was a Friday,
I played in the afternoon,
And suddenly I got a phone call from my brother.
He said that
He will come with
One of his Japanese friends.
They came nearly at 7pm
And together we went
To our village temple.
There we showed him, our temple.
We showed him the Pagoda,
The Bo – tree,
And my brother explained them to him.
Next day we showed him
Our cultural ritual -
A Kiri Amma Dana.
It was a sad moment
When he said he must,
Leave that day.
It was a great experience
Having him visit.
