The Past Pupils’ Association of St. Mary’s Immaculate Convent, Matara recently made its annual donation to HelpAge Sri Lanka, to facilitate free cataract surgeries on underprivileged senior citizens at the HelpAge Eye Hospital, Wellawatte.
The contribution was presented by its President, Lalitha Rajapaksha to HelpAge Executive Director Samantha Liyanawaduge. Vice President, Stella Amarasingha and Secretary, Ranjini Jayaweera Bandara were also present.
