Ceylinco Life policyholders can pay their premiums at over 350 Cargills Food City outlets islandwide, consequent to an agreement between the life insurance leader and Cargills Bank.

The initiative is driven by ‘Cargills Cash’ service provided by Cargills Bank. The facility will be available 365 days of the year, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for cash payments of Ceylinco Life Insurance premiums, a spokesman for the company said.

Policyholders can fill Cargills Bank deposit slips at the outlets in favour of Ceylinco Life Insurance Ltd., with their policy numbers and pay premium payments to the Cashiers.

An agreement signed between Ceylinco Life and Sri Lanka Post two years ago also enabled policyholders pay their premiums at over 600 post offices and over 3,400 sub-post offices.

Besides visiting a branch or paying via mobile Point-of-Sale (mPOS) devices by the company’s sales personnel, Ceylinco Life policyholders may pay their premiums online, by bank or credit card standing order, or via the ‘eZ Cash’ mobile payment platform of Dialog or the ‘Mcash’ service of the Mobitel network. Adjudged Sri Lanka’s Best Life Insurer in 2018 for the fifth consecutive year by World Finance, Ceylinco Life has been the market leader in Sri Lanka’s life insurance industry for 14 of the 30 years in operation, a company spokesman said.

The Company has close to a million lives covered by policies and is acknowledged as a benchmark in the local insurance industry for innovation, product research and development, customer service, professional development and corporate social responsibility, he said.
