Deputy Chief Customer Officer, Sri Lanka Telecom, Prashantha Robertson will speak at the ‘Customer Experience Management in Telecoms’ summit at Novotel West, London from January 29-31.

He has worked in several bluechip companies in a career spanning over 25 years. Speakers will cover all customer touch-points, from advertising, to retail, to contact centres.

Robertson will be among the 30 telecom experts who will address a 500-strong audience, most of whom are from Europe and North America.

There will also be roundtable discussions, workshops and networking opportunities. The predominantly telco dominated summit has been recognised industrywide as an event which highlights the importance of customer experience.
