Hilton celebrates Chinese New Year

The Hilton Colombo put on a magnificent culinary affair as they began the Chinese New Year (Yee Sang) with resident Chinese Chef Ong. The colourful culinary festival manifested with many forms of ancient Chinese cuisine showcasing the authentic cooking prowess of Chef Ong.

The traditional mixing of the salad took place with the participation of Executive Chef Robert Mujagic, Executive Sous Chef Chamile Waidyaratne and Manager Marketing Communication Gigi de Silva.

The Chinese food items will be served to enhance the dinner buffet that takes place at the Graze Kitchen. The buffet will continue until February 11.

An assortment of dumplings, pork and duck is served to entice the discerning gourmets with a myriad of noodles. A succulent éclair infused with green tea flavour is the standout dessert. (DJ)
