Ammaar Amanuz (right) who is a green belt sixth Kyu and his elder sister Sahina Amanuz (JSKA) brought honour to Sri Lanka by winning gold medals in Kumite at the Japan Shotokan Karate Association Open Karate Championships which was held in Ooty, Japan this month. Ammaar won a gold medal in Kumite while Sahina also won a gold medal for eighth Kyu Kata in the under-8 years category
