The former Spice Girl says in court papers that she had ‘passed every test with flying colours’The former Spice Girl said in court papers that she had “passed every random drug and alcohol test with flying colours”.

She added: “I’d never do anything to jeopardise Madison’s safety.”

She also wants the girl’s therapist Karin Manger to be removed from the case, saying she “may have lost professional objectivity”.

A court ruled last September that Mel, 43, must take the tests and can only see seven-year-old Madison with a responsible adult present. Mel, who has two older daughters, said in August she was going to rehab for alcohol addiction. She is fighting ex-husband Stephen Belafonte for custody of Madison.
