Seylan Bank honoured a number of its top performers, at the Bank’s Annual Sales Conference and Awards 2018held at the KingsburyHotel, recently.
The Annual Sales Conference and Awards, recognized the exceptional performers of its work force for their dedication, in appreciation of their diligent efforts towards clients and enthusiasm to achieve advanced levels of professional performance during the year 2018.
The gala event saw the gathering of Seylan Bank’s senior management, along with award nominees and their respective teams.
The Bank recognised the top performers under five main categories. Chamika Perera and Curby Imanka bagged the Best Performer Award representingthe Personal Loan Sales and Housing Loan Sales category respectively. Anjula Dilshan was presented the Best Performer Award for Credit Cards Sales balance Transfer whilst Janaka Herath was bestowed the Best Performer Award for Credit Card Sales in 2018. The Best Performer of Leasing Sales in 2018 was presented to LoshanJayasekara.

Our Sales team was established just over 24 months ago and we are delighted to see them excelling in their respective fields. In addition, Zaharan Ameer was conferred the Best Performing Team Leader under Personal Loan Sales. Suranga Perera was awarded the Best Performing Team Leader Credit Card Sales along with the Best Performing Team Leader Credit Card Sales - Balance Transfer Categories. Malen Cabandugama who was given a special recognition for his contribution to the Housing Loan Sales category.
The most Prestigious Award for the Overall - Outstanding Team Leader of the year 2018 was awarded to Suranga Perera from Credit Cards Sales division and the Overall - Outstanding Sales Person of the year 2018 was bagged by Chamika Perera from Personal Loans sales
