Prefects' Investiture at Ashoka Primary

Ashoka Primary College, Maradana, Colombo held its Primary Prefects' Investiture at the College auditorium recently. Thirty-one primary students were awarded prefects' badges at the ceremony. The chief guest was Zonal Education Director, Colombo P.N. Silva. Zonal Education Directress, Borella K.K. Renuka Edirisinghe, Primary Zonal Education Directress G.A. Shayama Perera. Ashoka College, Principal D.M.K.B.G.B. Dissanayaka, Primary Principal A.M.R. Kumarihami and Vice Principals were present. It was organised by the Teacher-in-charge of the Prefects' Organising Committee Geethika Nishanthi Weerasinghe. Here are some highlights of the event.
