Sri Lanka is my motherland. It is an island in the Indian Ocean. It is a small and beautiful country. There are many rivers and forests in my motherland. The climate is pleasant. Paddy, coconut, tea and rubber are the main crops that grow in my country. Fruits and vegetables are also grown. People have a long history. They have built many tanks, stupas and temples in the past. I love my motherland and its people.
