The Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI) launched the CNCI Achievers Awards 2019 at a ceremony in Colombo last week to felicitate industrialists.

The stringent evaluation process ensures that all applicants are subjected to a set guidelines and quality checks where non financial aspects are also taken in to account,” Chairman Achievers Awards 2019 Steering Committee, Kevin Edwards said.

The awards designed to recognise operational excellence of the country’s industries will be an opportunity to raise the bar and take the related entities to a higher level.

We facilitate their efforts by providing them the platform to showcase their performance and achievements. This also gives them the recognition that they need to enter the global market and be competitive while generating much needed foreign exchange for the country, he said.
