The limited over’s game between two of the oldest schools in Kandy, Sri Rahula College and Sri Sumangala College gave the former a win by seven wickets at the Pallekelle Stadium yesterday.
Sri Sumangala College coming in to bat first were sent back to the pavilion with the scoreboard reading 86 all out in 34.3 overs due to some fine blowing from Dilshan Armbagedera who took 5 wickets for 7 runs and Akash Gardiyawansam 3 for 25. Sri Rahula College in their turn made the required runs in 33.2 overs.
